Let's eat organic food! Yes, a bit more expensive, but 100% grown according to rhythm of nature, utilizing natural methods. Our Organic product line offers products Gouda type, Tilsit type and Cheddar cheeses as well as Organic milk products such as butter.

There are cheeses, which production is more complex and requires more effort. Sometimes it is maturation time of cheese, other times completely new and  challenging recipe, but  it is hard labor, that adds to their value and makes these products special. Over the years, we have experimented with many flavors in our assortment only keeping  the products that are recognized by our customers. 

Cheese just like every human, is a living being with a distinct and  mature personality and unique qualities. Tilsit type cheese has small irregularly shaped holes, Gouda is smooth and elastic, Emmental and Maasdam are sweet with a distinctly round and large cheese holes, but Light cheese is leaner and springier.
